January 25 Self-Acupressure
Acu-points used in acupuncture can be affective in reducing muscle tension. Master Young will teach participants how and where to apply pressure to reduce muscle tension and stress for the neck, shoulders, arms, hands, lower back and knees.
February 1 Setting Healthy Boundaries
Healthy interactions with others contain a quality of knowing how to set healthy boundaries. Experience safe and playful interactive exercises that will enhance your ability to Listen, Adhere, Yield and Neutralize force as you become familiar with the visceral experience of boundary setting. Time will be spent on discussing how the exercises apply to real life situations.
Cost: $40 each, $110 for all 3 (register for all by January 4 - $10 OFF)

Private Energy Work with Master Wasentha Young
Meet one-on-one with Master Young to design a personal system using Chi Kung, meditation, movement, and acu-points that will help to bring into balance your mind/body/spirit. Master Young will also apply hands-on energy work to help facilitate your efforts.
Each session is one hour.

About the Instructor
Wasentha Young is a Master in the arts of T'ai Chi Ch'uan (TCC) and Chi Kung and holds a Masters degree from the Institute of Transpersonal Psychology. She has also received formal instruction in Taoist and Buddhist meditation, achieved certification in Acupressure (Institute of Acupressure in Berkeley, CA), and has obtained a certificate as a Wellness Counselor in Mind/Body Consciousness.
As an Health Educator, Ms. Young has developed programs focusing on stress reduction and implementated strategies for community and institutional interventions.
With over 41 years of experience in her field, Ms. Young is nationally published and has been requested to lecture and educate on the benefits of TCC, Chi Kung, and Meditation as it relates to the human emotional, spiritual, and physical well-being.
